His practice covers the full range of domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on civil fraud, inheritance claims and banking and finance matters.
Alec has extensive experience at first instance and before the Court of Appeal. He also has experience of litigating in offshore jurisdictions, (ie., Isle of Man, Anguilla, Supreme Court of the Eastern Caribbean, Dubai) and Privy Council procedure. He is admitted as a member of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands and the Isle of Man bar.
